The South African football national side has been drawn in Group D alongside Ivory Coast, Morocco, and Namibia.
On their day, Stuart Baxter's men can beat anyone, but when they're not in the mood, they can be beaten by anyone.
Ivory Coast has players like Wilfred Zaha (Crystal Palace), Serge Aurier (Tottenham Hotspur), Jean Michaël Seri (Fulham), and Eric Baily (Manchester United), to mention a few.
Morocco is coached by Herve Renard, who has won the AFCON with Ivory Coast and Zambia. He also helped Morocco qualify for their first World Cup in 20 years last year.
I hope our boys beat the hell out of Namibia and manage to avoid defeats against the two giants to at least qualify as one of the four best third-placed teams. I don't support mediocrity, but the other teams are slightly better than us and being in denial can lead to tactical naivety.
