There are many ways in which people can be motivated to stay in shape over the winter period.
We all have busy lives and it can be hard to stay motivated and stick to our fitness goals.
Whether you’re trying to lose weight or just stay fit, it’s easy to get distracted and fall off the wagon.

According to IOL, with the days getting colder and shorter, many people find that their motivation to hit the gym disappears as quickly as the sun at around 17h30.
Whether it’s due to seasonal affective disorder (SAD), weather-related obstacles, or simply a loss of interest, there are many reasons why gym attendance tends to decline in the winter months.
To help you stay focused and reach your fitness goals, here are some strategies to stroke your motivation and keep you on track:
