Intense scenes at an U16 rugby game that took place between Northwood School and Kearsney College.

Northwood School has issued a statement regarding the incident that unfolded on Saturday 30 April:

The conversation got very interesting when Darren, Keri and Sky addressed the issue during the show.
The team opened up the phone lines and asked parents what their take on the matter is.
Sport unifies people and is a major driving force when it comes to school culture.
But there's no doubt that things can get extremely competitive on - and off - the field.

That's what took place on Saturday 30th of April when Northwood School took on Kearsney College, a game between two big hitters in KZN.
A parent let his emotions get the best of him after what he believed to be some poor decisions by the match referee.
In the uncalled-for scenes below, the parent can be seen grabbing a Kearsney College player from behind, sparking a series of upsetting scenes.

This is definitely not the ideal situation under any circumstances and we hope that it'll be a lesson for anyone looking to choose violence in any situation.
