US President Joe Biden is stumbling over his words again...this time in Ireland.
The world was left giggling with amusement when US President Joe Biden made a gaffe in rugby-loving Ireland during his visit to the country.
According to Planet Rugby, Biden was speaking in a pub in Dundalk when he paid tribute to his distant relative Rob Kearney.

The gaffe quickly went viral and sparked a typical reaction from people all around the world.
Many people were in disbelief that Biden, a well-known and experienced politician, had made such a mistake.
Some people thought it was funny and a sign of Biden's humanness, while others thought it was disrespectful.

To be fair to Biden, rugby isn't exactly a popular sport in America.
Nevertheless, the leader of the free word responded to the incident, saying that he was “truly sorry for the mistake”.
Biden had publicly thanked the former Leinster and Ireland full-back for presenting him with a tie and referred to Ireland’s famous 40-29 over the All Blacks.
"This was given to me by one of these guys, right here, who was a hell of a rugby player," said Biden.
