WATCH: Close encounter with tiger leaves two men shaken
Would you go as far as standing next to a beast like that just for a picture?
Being brave can mean a lot of things to people. Some say that is by not being afraid or even doing things you haven't ever done before.
Well, these two men experienced an up close and personal encounter with a tiger that left them shaken.

According to The South African, two men ran for dear life when a tiger roared while they were trying to take a picture with it.
Carefully and cautiously, they started to approach the tiger while it was on display at what looks to be a function, hoping to get a good snapshot.

However, their plan quickly went awry.
When the tiger noticed the men, it started to growl and became agitated. The men quickly retreated, realising that they had ventured too close for comfort.

The one guy was terrified at the thought of a tiger trying to attack them and couldn't hide his panic.
"It was terrifying, the moment the tiger saw us, we knew we had messed up," says the tourist.
They thought it would be cool to take a picture with a tiger, but after the roar from the beast, they ended up realising how dangerous it is to mess with wild animals.
Ultimately, the men decided it was best to take their leave. They exited the function and left the tiger in peace.
This close encounter definitely reminded them to always be mindful of the animals they interact with.
