Telepathy has been a topic of discourse in multiple academic fields. When loosely described, it is 'the supposed communication of thoughts or ideas by means other than the known senses.' But there is no fixed scientific proof that the 'transmission' exists.
Some prefer to simply call it 'empathy', as twins truly do share so much in their lives, especially if they are being brought up together. So they may know each other so intimately that they can predict how their twin will behave or what they would prefer.

These twins, Ava and Alexis Mcclure, were challenged on their first telepathy test to see how well they know each other, but also if they had a similar taste in specific things.
Their dad has them wear blindfolds as he brings in varying objects: drinks, food, dolls, sports stuff, and wigs.
They were all so shocked at how they managed to get all of their challenges correct.

Having a connection with someone, especially at such a young age, is so beautiful to see. They are yet to experience so many things together and to witness each other grow to like different things. This special sibling bond will hopefully live on for Ava and Alexis.
