UFO evidence removed from Twitter

UFO sighting videos and pictures in Turkey, USA, Canada, and Mexico have been removed from social media!
Twitter was in a frenzy after pictures of UFO sightings all over the world surfaced, according to HNGN.
A fleet of UFOs was spotted over Turkey, causing a massive panic. The same UFOs then appeared in Denver and Texas, and then in Canada and Mexico.
Those who witnessed the strange sighting took snaps and videos of the lights in the sky. Soon after, "#ufoattacktoturkey" began to trend.
UFO hunters secureteam10 noticed something strange was going on hours after they had put up a video on YouTube. Their video had been seen hundreds of thousands of times, but the view numbers had been tampered with.
Then they noticed that tweets about the sightings had been removed too. Secureteam10 pointed out that the messages they got on their postings had also vanished.
"Government Suppression is going on," they said on Twitter, soon after they uploaded all the pics and videos online again.
Could the UFO sightings have been real? Do you think the USA government was responsible for the removed tweets?
