UPDATE: Woman issues formal apology for hitting Rachel Kolisi
The "culprit" has finally come forward with a statement...
The South African Rugby World Cup Trophy tour has been quite a ride! Siya got attacked, the Webb Ellis Cup nearly got stolen, and a bus was on fire.
However, one incident has still been at the back of our minds - when Rachel Kolisi "collected" a ball on her head. Sorry, Rachel!
The incident was captured on video, leaving many inquisitive South Africans desperate to find the culprit. While many allege that it was an accident, others see things differently.

As seen in the video above, Rachel nor the rugby boys saw it coming. While the video circulates social media, you can clearly see that "the fan was mortified".
The eager beaver who threw the ball had been radio-silent since the incident... until now.

Henry comes clean about the fact that she was the one who threw the rugby ball that landed on Rachel's kop.
She makes mention to the fact that she has received hate for the incident, despite it being an accident. "It was never my intention to hit Rachel with a rugby ball. I did not want to hit the first lady with a rugby ball but it happened and I can't go back in time."
Her heartfelt message has appeased to many South Africans. She alleges that Siya even made a joke out of the whole thing by saying that "they are sending Rachel for a head test".

She divulges some interesting information when she shares that on the rugby ball she threw, a letter was attached.
"If this video blows up, I will reveal what was on the letter," she says.
