South Africa's real estate scene has a new property causing a buzz locally and internationally.
'The White House', which is a R700-million masterpiece, has become the talk of the town, and not just for its jaw-dropping price tag...
In a recent update, this home was actually sold. According to Weekend Argus, this luxurious house is now officially off the market.
"This was confirmed to Weekend Argus by the Solomon Brothers Group's Jeffrey Solomon." Solomon Brothers Group did not confirm or deny its ownership of the mansion, but did confirm that it is no longer on the market.

According to news reports, it appears that neighbours are tight-lipped as to who the owner could be. Therefore, the speculative frenzy only continues to spiral on who might call this luxurious manor their home.

IOL reports: "The ward 54 councillor, Nicola Jowell, said the house itself was a mystery."
Reports state that the mansion last sold in 2012 for a sizeable R6,750,000 and boasts eight bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.
It's a paradise that includes a gym, squash court, sauna (for those stressful billionaire days), wine cellar, whisky bar, cinema, billiards room, library, Olympic-size pool, car wash, and parking space for over 14 cars.
