No shoes, no shirt, no entry...
The holiday season is coming in hot! While Durbanites get ready for friends and family to come down to the coast, we are faced with an interesting predicament.
Expectations vs outcome in terms of respecting one’s sanctuary can lead to disarray or, in some instances, disaster.
It is of the utmost importance that we have a family meeting and set some house rules. Before we dive in, share your take with the East Coast Breakfast team here:
The East Coast Breakfast team have shared their big five house rules for 2023:
- Darren Maule: Mi Casa, Su Casa
Make yourself at home, have coffee, use the bathroom, ask for the WiFi password, but just don’t show up unannounced.- Sky: The Makoti Master
You don’t need anything. You are enough. Unless you are planning on bringing Moet, you can keep your beers, Sky has you covered. - Carmen: Squeaky Clean Queen
Absolutely no shoes are allowed in the house under any circumstances, this includes Carmen herself. Read More: Bizarre house rules at this vacay spot will have you fuming!
We have selected two East Coasters' rules to share with you:
Bring a gift of goodies for honouring my hospitality...- Sheena Singh
Turn a blind eye to all the rubbish I stuffed in the corner before you arrived...- Francois Brooks
So that’s a wrap in house rules to stick to this year.
Stay tuned for more, we will bring you the latest at East Coast Radio.
