Twitter celebrates World Photography Day
Today the world celebrates the art of photography and we asked you to send us some of your best snaps!
The 19th of August marks World Photography Day. It's in celebration of the day when the French government bought the patent for the daguerreotype (first practical photographic process) and released it “free to the world”.
With the advancement of technology and smartphones, people are now able to capture moments on their cellphones with the highest quality cameras for the perfect picture.
