The time when Darren Maule made a phone call to God in 2017

It was the call that got everyone talking - it even made headlines in the newspapers.

Back in May, a Nigerian pastor angered and surprised many after he was caught on camera on a 'call to God'. Walking up and down during a service, the pastor attempted to heal a woman from her ailments all while with a cellphone by his ear allegedly speaking to 'the almighty' himself. He even added that he had God's number and would distribute it if anyone wants it. 

The only word to accurately describe this is 'bizarre'. Check it out for yourself:

After seeing the pastor in action, Darren Maule decided to make contact with pastor, Paul Sanyangore, and managed to obtain 'God's' direct number and made a call to him.

But did the man himself answer or was it a hoax?

Of course, the spoof was not meant to mock any religion or religious beliefs, but to merely shed light on the ludicrous behaviour of the pastor.
