We all know that life can get a bit much at times. If you aren’t stressed at work and have a million things to tick off that to-do list, then it's thinking about what to feed the kids or when your partner will be back from their work trip.

 

Sometimes you just need someone to give you a hug, tell you to breath, and hear the words ‘Everything will be ok’.

 

Well, this letter shared by a high school student is basically that.  

 

Alina Ramirez shared a list called ‘101 ways to cope with stress’ that her psychology teacher gave the whole class.
