The Olympics are scheduled to take place from July 26th to August 11th, hosting 10,500 athletes who will compete across 329 events. Following the Olympics, the Paralympics are set to be held from August 28th to September 8th, showcasing 4,400 athletes participating in 549 events.
As reported by Team SA: "The Paris 2024 Games promise to be spectacular. With this drive for inspiration, the Mr Price Sport design team embarked on creating a South Africa-inspired Maxed Elite collection of daily wear and technical gear. The design inspiration has also been incorporated into the opening ceremony clothing, which was all made locally in KwaZulu-Natal."
