We are entering a new era of convenient compliance.
South Africa has started revolutionising car licence renewals as Shoprite and Checkers. Customers will be able to renew their vehicle licence by paying online or in person for a discounted service fee of R185.

IOL reports: "General Manager: Financial Services at the Shoprite Group, Jean Olivier, said the offer is available at any of the 1,350 Shoprite, Checkers and Usave store Money Market counters around the country, between November 1 and January 31."

How to renew your licence with Shoprite and Checkers
Ensuring you have all the necessary paperwork—such as a valid car license disc, a barcoded ID book or Smartcard ID, and proof of residence—makes the process a breeze and can be finalised in under three minutes:
Step 1: Enter your details online
Step 2: Make the payment online through Computicket or in-store
Step 3: Expect delivery by courier within 5-10 business days
