We usually see some of these neighbourhoods in local films or during our holidays. How much do they cost?
Do you wish to find yourself a home in one of the most expensive suburbs in the country? They are obviously so undeniable beautiful but how much is all that regal architectural, beach views and most plobably three storyes of the house.
Fortunately, with some help from the Seef Property Groups' sales and data, we can come to a conclusion in terms of numbers for your next home.
Most of these are in the Cape Town.
Clifton, Cape Town
You are looking at a homes that are worth R23 million at an average price.
The upscale area in Cape Town is adored mostly for being at the shore - the beautiful views of the ocean and the beaches. The prices range from 120 million to 200 million.
Llandudno, Cape Town
If you are looking for some peace and quiet, this is definitely that place.
The seaside suburb is quite exclusive with no malls, nothing commercial simply the Blue Flag Beach. R22 million average price and these range up to R45 million.
Bantry Bay, Cape Town
This secluded suburb is situated on the slopes of Lion's Head and overlooks a rocky coastline. It is a neighboring suburb of Clifton.
Another suburb with undeniably beautiful views of the oceans and exclusive streets such as De Wet Road, Ocean View Drive and Kloof Road and the apartment blocks which overlook the ocean. You are looking at R15 million average price with prices that range up to R87,5 million.
Sandhurst, Johannesburg
Look, finally. You were probably waiting for an address in the Johannesburg; here it is.
Sandhurst is close to Sandton CBD and quite the metropolitan area of Johannesburg. If you have heard "Coronation Road" it is the most sought after address by the country's eligible. You are looking at R15 million average price ranging up to to R65 million or more.
Camps Bay, Cape Town
Most tourists find themselves here - restaurants, amenities, mellow cafes and cocktail bars with patios overlook the promenade also Blue Flag Beach - so you can definitely imagine the value of the area.
It prices at a R14 million average price range up to about R85 million.
