Richards Bay local: “Help, there’s a snake stuck in the tree”
Updated | By East Coast Radio
A video has been making the rounds of a snake stuck in a tree.
It’s not every day that you get a call that an animal is stuck in a tree, but when you do, one of the last things you would assume is that it is a snake.
In a dangerous game of snakes and ladders, daring snake catcher Peter ‘Daring’ Danie ssssuccessfully caught the creature.
The rescue involved numerous risks, including the need to ascend a tall tree, securing a grip on branches while maintaining balance, and ensuring a firm hold on the catching tongs.

As you can imagine, Peter has been dubbed a hero for his efforts. May he be the bravest of them all in KwaZulu-Natal?
