When Prince Harry was a guest on the podcast, 'Armchair Expert', he shared the
varying points of his present daily life and his upbringing in the royal family.
Everyone interested is aware of the rigid structures and rule of the Royal Family in England. Prince Harry was not immune to them until recently when he and his wife, Meghan Markle, relocated to California.
On Dax Shepard's podcast, he makes contrasts between how freely he is going about life compared to then. A significant difference he shares is the way he would have to disguise himself in some way to secretly meet Meghan in the grocery store.

This was in the beginning of his relationship with Meghan Markle in 2016 back in London. They would be in different aisles texting each other where exactly to find each other.
In his earlier experiences of going to the grocery store with his mother, he described that he would be constantly followed by the paparazzi.
