The International shoe manufacturer and retailer, Clark, responded perfectly to a Facebook complaint over two right-footed shoes.

Nine-year-old Sam Hinder has been waiting for his shoes from Clarks for a while and was terribly disappointed when he finally received them but was given two right-footed shoes.
His dad John decided to take it upon himself to get his son an apology from the store.
He posted a picture of the shoes on Clarks' Facebook page and asked them to respond with a drawing of Optimus Prime from Transformers as an apology.
The company did more than just a picture they added a letter from Optimus Prime apologising for the mistake.
