"No offence, but I didn't want to write an autobiography because they're boring" - Heyneke Meyer
Updated | By Darren, Keri and Sky
Heyneke Meyer is best known for coaching the Springboks from 2012 up until 2015.

South Africa and rugby go together like salt and pepper.
And one of the most iconic figures in this field (pun intended) is Heyneke Meyer.
But since his resignation in December of 2015, he has chosen another path.
He might have left the rugby games in the past but the lesson he had learned on and off the field has stayed with him - and now he is putting all that knowledge to good use.
By sharing it with the world.
Meyer has gone from a commander and coach to a writer who is looking to inspire others with his words.
His book is not what one would expect because most would have thought Meyer would share the stories of his past in a tell-all autobiography.
Instead, he has released, '7 - My Notes on Leadership and Life'. The book features seven lessons and notes on leadership, as well as life, while artfully adding in bits of his coaching career.
Take a listen as Heyneke talks about his latest venture with the Breakfast team, with his passion as evident and clear as ever:
