The facts behind the taps dripping blood on the beachfront on Saturday, 28th April have been uncovered.

It was a story that got many on the East Coast talking.
A few days ago we posted a story about a tap on the Durban Beachfront dripping blood. It has now been revealed that the blood was fake and no humans or animals were hurt. These dripping taps are part of a water awareness drive by building supplies retailer, Build it.

Many of us overlook dripping taps. Yet a single dripping tap can waste over 600 litres of water in a month. Build it wanted to draw attention to dripping taps and remind people that water is, in fact, the lifeblood of our country. But it doesn’t end here.
