Miss SA pageant just changed the rules for 2025
Miss SA 2025 is breaking barriers with a higher age limit and no size restrictions.
The Miss South Africa pageant is back and this year, they’re switching things up in the best way possible.
If you’ve ever dreamt of wearing the crown but thought you didn’t fit the mould, this might just be your moment.
Entries for Miss SA 2025 are officially open, and the organisation has made some bold changes to who can enter.

Here’s the tea:
The age limit has been bumped up! You can now enter if you’re between 20 and 32 years old by August 30. (Previously, you had to be under 30.)
No height or weight requirements. Yup, you read that right. It’s about who you are, not what size you wear.
If you’re looking to enter this year’s pageant, you’ll need to head to www.misssa.co.za.
Simply answer a few questions, upload two pics of yourself (one headshot and one full-body photo), and post your entry video on your social media.
You’ve got until April 11 to make it happen.

Think of it as your behind-the-scenes guide from the best in the biz.
Current Miss SA Mia le Roux dropped some gems for anyone thinking of entering: “Come in with an open heart and mind. This journey helps you discover who you really are. Be real, be prepared, and above all – be kind.”
She adds that it’s totally okay not to have all the answers. What matters most is knowing yourself and being willing to grow.

HOW TO LISTEN TO EAST COAST RADIO
