Man travels under a bus to avoid paying bus fare

Things can get crazy in South Africa, from people riding on bus tops to loading sand into a taxi.
Now, we see what people will do to get a free ride. A video taken at a traffic stop in Cape Town shows a man hiding underneath the back of a bus.
The people stopped behind the bus at a red traffic light started videoing the man crouched underneath the bus, drinking what looked like an energy drink. The man looked at the traffic light, and then he looked like he was talking to someone inside the bus.

The man climbed into the back panel of the bus, and as soon as the traffic light turned green, the bus began moving. He was quick with his movement and looked like a professional bus climber person. If that's even a thing...
It was scary to watch, considering the element of danger that he poses to himself and others.
The person who posted the video seemed to think this man was doing this to avoid paying the bus fare.
