Love Wins: Elderly couple brought to tears when reunited at a hospital
There's something so special and beautiful about old love.
A video of an elderly couple from Mitchells Plain seeing each other at the hospital after a long time apart has gone viral.
The video, which was posted by the couple's grandchild, Aldeano LD Pablo Hopkins, shows the heartwarming moment when the elderly man walks out of the hospital during a visit from his family and is brought to tears when he sees his wife in the car.

"We surprised my grandpa today at hospital but he didn't expect to see my grandma. This is true love," the caption on Facebook read.
