LISTEN: Landing gear failure part of reason for Kulula and British Airways suspension

When travelling, the worst that could happen is having your flight cancelled abruptly.
This is what happened with Kulula.com and British Airways flights on Sunday.

The Civil Aviation Authority said after reviewing evidence from Comair, they discovered safety issues that were an immediate risk.
Legal Manager of Civil Aviation Authority, Luvuyo Silandela, shared what these risks were in a chat with us on Monday morning.
Among some of the discovered risks were engine failure and landing gear failure.

Silandela shares that only until evidence of repairs is shared and safety checks are done, will these flights be allowed to resume.
