Since everyone could use some inspirational, feel-good news, or just happy vibes, this week we're focusing on the good stuff.
On Monday, Darren and Keri decided to check in with Lionel, a young craftsman with a fighting spirit, who has been on Keri's Couch.
It was his birthday and they gave him a call to catch up and give him a very special birthday surprise:

Darren and Keri also got to sit down and chat with former Springbok coach Heyneke Meyer about his new book, '7 - My Notes on Leadership and Life'.
They didn't hold any punches as Keri straight up asked Meyer about that infamous Japan World Cup game, and instead of shying away from the answer, Heyneke surprised many with his very truthful answer:

And finally, Keri had a very special guest on her couch this week.
Ari Seirlis tragically became a quadriplegic on the 30th of August 1985 after a diving accident while modeling for a water world television commercial.
He gave Keri incredible insight into the life of a quadriplegic, but the most noteworthy part of the interview? His sense of humor, sincere gratitude, and infectious positive attitude.
