Conflict in Sudan has been ongoing since 2011 and is rooted in issues of power and authority between the government and rebel forces.

The government has been accused of using excessive force against rebel forces and civilians, leading to a humanitarian crisis in the region.

This has resulted in the displacement of over 4.5-million people, with many of those fleeing to neighbouring countries in an attempt to escape the conflict.

The situation in Sudan was made worse by the coronavirus pandemic, which has had a devastating impact on the country.

The spread of the virus, coupled with the ongoing conflict, has made it even more difficult for those trying to escape the violence.

Many refugees have been forced to live in cramped and overcrowded conditions, with limited access to food and medical care.
