Watch more: R6,706,371 million to help those affected by the #KZNFloods!
East Coast Radio partnered with Gift of the Givers and we called on corporates and the people of KZN those affected by the KZN Floods.
KZN, Gift of the Givers and East Coast Radio raised over R6.5 million!
This is in addition to the supplies that were donated, too.
We teamed up with some local organisations to help us distribute to the communities in need:
- Smile With Us – Frasers, just outside Tongaat
- Mangosuthu University of Technology – Umlazi
- Community Based Organisations – Wentworth

With many communities still reeling from the effects of the floods, the teams began the journey to parts of KZN to help affected communities.
