Keri's Wellness Wednesday: Chip packet bowl
Updated | By East Coast Breakfast
Today’s #WellnessWednesday hack is one for the masses, the party hosters, and the couch potato lovers!
Somehow, somewhere, someone decided that at a function chips shouldn't be eaten straight out of the packet. It was, dare I say, uncouth.
However, the thought of dirtying a perfectly good bowl for chips is ridiculous. So today we learn how to turn your chip packet into a chip bowl.
And it never fails to amaze.
There are two ways to do this that work really well, the first one I use ALL THE TIME.
What you will need:
1 x packet of chips
1 x set of human hands
Option 1:
Place the chips flat on the table and tear the top (front side) of the bag open until you have a big enough hole for one or two hands to fit comfortably. This is not a great option if you plan on only eating some of the bag.

Open the chips as normal. And begin to fold the underside of the bag inwards until you have pushed the chips all the way up (like you would with a toothpaste tube). And as the chips are eaten, keep folding the bag under and in until … no more. This is the better option if you want to eat only some of the chips.
Hints: Chips are delicious but can be REALLY unhealthy. Opt for baked over fried. When choosing corn chips look for NON-GMO. Always go for the lightly/plain salted if you are looking for the most natural/healthy option.
The fewer E’s in the ingredients the better!
