It is said that the full moon brings with it the same characteristics of that zodiac.
This month's full moon is in Pisces, a water sign, and it’s coming with softness, comfort, and it’s the perfect time to LET GO of what no longer serves you.
Let it go… let it flow.

This full moon is also going to be shining its light on issues at home and with your family. So if there is someone in your family that you’ve been having ‘issues’ with and you are brave enough to take the first step, this is the time to smooth things over. Put your ego aside; this is your sign.
Another great way to honour this beautiful nurturing full moon is to spend time in nature. Surround yourself with people who are good for your soul and spend a little time cleaning up at home.
If you’ve been looking for another way to fill your soul cup, give your time to helping your community. It costs nothing to give of your time, and if you just can’t imagine having to actually get your hands dirty, give a donation. If you are afraid to give, you stop yourself from receiving. THERE IS ENOUGH FOR US ALL.

“The full Moon, seen throughout the world at the same time, reminds us of our interconnectedness. Let that spirit of collectivity and camaraderie guide your compassionate actions.” – this is also a great way to connect with friends and family who are overseas.
Remember, we are looking at the same beautiful moon.
The past year and a half has been absolutely draining for all of us with so much loss, the emotional build ups, the burnout - a rollercoaster ride of our energy. It is important to try and not resist and movement that should be necessary for you to release during this time. And this moon is really encouraging the release of resistance. GO WITH THE FLOW.
Allow things to flow as they should.
Here are some tips that can help you get rid of the blocks you may be having, be it creative, emotional, physical, and spiritual:
- Try start a dream journal. As soon as you wake up, write down as much detail of your dreams as you can, doesn't matter if you don't understand it.
- Meditate! Yes, you are TOO busy… yes, your mind can’t be still… but guess what… you’re not a toddler. Set your phone for two minutes, literally 120 seconds, close your eyes and breathe deeply. Promise yourself you will NOT open your eyes until your alarm goes off. And just like that, you’ve started your meditation practice.
- There are so many dance challenges on TikTok and other social media platforms. Let loose and release that tension in your body. Put on a song that reminds you of the BEST TIME OF YOUR LIFE, and dance, dance, dance. No one is around to judge you. BE FREE. LET GO.
- Give, share, donate anything you have in abundance. Make space in your life to receive. And enjoy this beautiful full moon. And have a look at your eastern horizon at 5:25pm today for our moonrise.
Happy Full moon, dear friends!
