JFK install toilets for pet travellers
Updated | By Natarah Nadesan
It doesn’t have to be a ruff journey for flying pets anymore.
New York’s JFK Airport has made some adjustments that will bring a smile to your pet’s face.
It’s installed special toilets for your kitty and pooch.
It’s called the ‘Pet Relief area’ and comes with a patch of fake grass and a fire hydrant to make your pet’s pit stop a comfortable experience.
The airport says it came up with the idea because more and more travelers are now taking their pets on holiday with them.

When your little one’s done his business, you can wrap it up in a plastic bag and throw it in the bin before hosing down the room.
Poll: Should SA also have the same facilities for Pet travelers?
