'Moment of Frustration Day' reminds us just how important it is to let out our stress or frustration in a healthy and controlled manner, in order to bring life into balance.
Here are six ways to let go of your frustrations:
1. Take a walk - When faced with a frustrating situation it's best to walk away from the situtaion. A little time and distance away from the sitution will clear your mind to find a better solution to the problem

2. Go outside and yell - yes, let it all out! Do it away from the presence of other people, and it's even better when it's in an empty, open field. You'll feel much better.
