#HotSeat: Could Rasta Rasivhenge handle our heated game?
Updated | By East Coast Breakfast
The game of rugby can not be played with referees - we dislike them but also love them.
Rasta Rasivhenge is regarded as one of the best upcoming refs in the game and is destined for greater things. Rasta is a ref who was once a national touch rugby player and started refereeing in 2007.
Regarded as the king of the sevens circuit , Rasta has made massive strides in the game also making history. In 2015 he became the youngest man to take charge of a Currie Cup final , he also become the first black ref to do so.
In 2016 he made his debut in the Vodacom Superugby in PE when the Southern Kings took on the Sunwolves. His life long dream is to ref at the Rio Olympics and that dream comes true this year as 7s rugby makes it debut in Olympic Games.
He was in Durban for 53rd Edition of the Coca-Cola Craven Week and we had to put him in the #Hotseat.

We played a very tricky game with Rasta and live-streamed on facebook. Here's how it went down:
