Updated | By East Coast Breakfast
#HeartStuff team put on their tights and strap on their helmets for the aQuellé Tour Durban.

The aQuellé Tour Durban is in town and Heart Stuff approached Cyclesphere's Greg Albert, and the organisers of the race to help out the Domino Foundation.
The Domino Foundation is a non-profit
organisation that believes in the power of a changed life.
They have a range of community outreach programmes that focus on the individual, to empower, uplift and transform their lives so they too can impact the nation and others around them.
They currently impact the lives of just over 4000
individuals every single day, ranging from 0 to 18 years of age
The head of the development team at Domino foundation, Sifiso Hlongwa and the Heart Stuff team - Darren Maule and Sky Tshabalala, will all be taking part in the aQuellé Tour Durban.
Sifiso uses cycling to assist and develop people as part of a skills development programme which runs in the Amaoti Schools.
The East Coast Breakfast team managed to surprise Sifiso with something very exciting.
