See ya later! Tongaat crocodiles recaptured #KZNFloods

Floods washed the reptiles away.
We mourn the loss of innocent lives of fellow KZN residents due to the floods in our province.
The #KZNFloods have negatively affected people's homes, daily lives and even wildlife.

Ezemvelo Wildlife talked to The Witness and shared that 14 crocodiles had been washed away from Crocodile Creek Farm during the floods.
It was initially thought to be 12 twelve crocodiles.

The farm in Tongaat is home to over 6 000 Nile crocodiles, some alligators and snakes.
Musa Mntambo, Ezemvelo spokesperson, shared that seven of the 12 crocodiles had been recaptured on 12 April 2022

The had suspected the reptiles walked towards the Tongaat River.
ECR Newswatch has reported that the fourteen escaped crocodiles in Tongaat have been recaptured
Crocodile Creek Farm owner, Peter Watson also shared that thecrocodile on the M4 being shared on social media unfortunately does not belong to them.
