This man's secret to his major success was walking to Walmart. Pasquale "Pat" Brocco lost 300 pounds (150 kg) by going to his favourite place.


The 31-year-old decided to change his life when weighed 605 Pounds (302 kg). What better way to lost weight but by doing what you love?


He walked 1 mile and back, and lost 300 pounds! That's half his original body weight!


"You walk to Walmart three times a day, and you end up walking six miles. It was amazing - I had never walked six miles in my life. Once I figured out dairy was my downfall, I took it out of my diet, and instantly I started losing weight again," he told ABC News

  • 1/2 gallon whole milk
  • 1 package peanut butter cups
  • 1 candy bar
  • 12-inch meatball and cheese submarine sandwich
  • 100 fast food chicken nuggets

  • 1 fast food milkshake
  • 2 liters soda
  • 4 doughnuts
