A deeper look into your favourite films and series...
We have all watched a movie and been hit with the question: "Have you read the book?". Well, now you might just be able to have a positive answer.
This is because Netflix in collaboration with Starbucks are launching a book club!

For all those times you could not answer the deeper questions about the book-based 'Bridgerton' or 'Orange Is The New Black' because you went straight to watching the trending series, you can let out a sigh of relief.
Uzo Aduba will host the social series titled, 'But Have You Read the Book?' leading announcements of monthly book selections that will be making their way to the streaming service, and she’ll host conversations about the adaptation process with cast, creators, and authors over a cup of coffee at Starbucks.

The Orange is The New Black star and three-time Emmy award winner shared her he excitement for the new series:

The film adapted, 'Passing' will kick off the Netflix Book Club. It is originally a 1929 novel by Nella Larsen. It premoers on Netflix on November 10, 2021.
The film, directed and written by Rebecca Hall, stars Tessa Thompson and Ruth Negga and follows the story of two black women who can pass as white and choose to live on opposite sides of the color line in New York during the 1920s Harlem Renaissance era.
So sit tight and get ready to "read, watch and then talk" as they say.

On November 16, 2021 the series will be available for fans worldwide to join in on the book club and watch on the Still Watching Netflix YouTube Channel and the Netflix U.S. Facebook channel.
