KwaZulu-Natal Premier Nomusa Dube-Ncube has called for a full investigation into a freak wave that killed three people at the Bay of Plenty beach on Saturday.

A massive saltwater aquarium burst open in a Radisson Blu Hotel in Berlin on Monday morning, spilling almost 1 Million litres of water and 1,500 fish onto the floor. Police and fire department officials said two people were injured by shards of glass and the explosive force of the aquarium's failure sent parts of the building's facade flying onto the street outside.
