Assistant coach Deon Davids has confirmed that wing Sbu Nkosi is yet to link up with the Springboks in Cardiff and will probably miss the opening Test of the November tour against Wales on Saturday. Nkosi’s passport and visa meant he was unable to join the Springboks when the team embarked on their pre-tour camp in France last week. Nkosi reportedly had a valid passport, but too few pages blank pages in it to be able to apply for a visa. As a result, he had to apply for a new passport before he could apply for his Schengen visa.

According to a recent analysis in the journal of Food Science and Nutrition, a meat-free diet is linked to higher levels of depression and anxiety than omnivorous eating. 

The results show that meat eaters report lower rates of depression and anxiety than vegans and vegetarians do.
