An Emirates flight from India to Dubai crash-lands at Dubai International airport with 300 passengers on board.
It has been confirmed what caused the flight to crash-land at Dubai International Airport but has been reported that all 282 flight passengers and 18 crew members exited the plane before it burst into flames.
In the battle of trying to contain the blaze that exploded from the plane, one firefighter lost his life.
The plane, a Boeing 777, departed from Trivandrum International Airport in Thiruvananthapuram in southern India at 10:19am local time and was scheduled to land at Dubai International Airport at 12:50pm local time. Emirates said Flight EK521 was "involved in an operational incident in landing," according to ABCNews.
Images emerged from all social media platforms, including videos of the plane ablaze.
