Elizabedi chirps: “I’ll fight Tyson Fury for Siya Kolisi”

Eben Etzebeth and Siya Kolisi are known to have some online playful banter and wit with one another. 

Since Siya Kolisi’s departure to France, social media has become one of the main ways the duo can keep up with one another.

Siya Kolisi, currently on the mend from an arm injury, was caught cheering for his cherished Liverpool as they clashed with Manchester United in the FA Cup quarter-finals at Old Trafford over the weekend.

Adding to the excitement, Kolisi crossed paths with the colossal WBC heavyweight champion, Tyson Fury. 

Many social media users have playfully remarked on their glaring size contrast. Fury, standing at an imposing 2.06 meters and weighing 126 kilograms, certainly casts a large shadow! Kolisi's playful banter sparked conversation among fans about whether Eben Etzebeth, known as the Springboks' tough guy, could hold his own against the reigning boxing champ.

Recently, Eben took to X (formerly Twitter) to share a chirp that has been described as “hilarious” and “cute.” Take a look: 

This is not the only banter between the duo. Siya Kolisi commented something witty on a post by the Sharks, but Eben clapped back. 

“If you not in my team, I don’t want you in my comments!” he joked.

The bromance and humorous affection shown by the Boks online has social media users hooked!
