In a star-studded finale, 23-year-old Craig Lucas from Elsies River has been crowned the winner of the second season of The Voice South Africa.
Craig auditioned for the singing competition a few weeks after completing his degree in Finance at UCT, as he had promised his mother, and now walks away with a recording contract from Universal Music, amongst many other amazing prizes.
He went up against super-voice, Josh Ansley, who was in coach Bobby van Jaarsveld's team, but after a record-breaking 1.6-million votes were cast, Craig came out as the winner of The Voice SA 2017.
