Well, supporters heading over to Qatar will need to fork out way more than they would normally for a tasty pint.
Qatar is a dry country, where drinking or the sale of alcohol is only allowed in a few select places - and most certainly not in public.
However, according to The South African, the sale of alcohol will be permitted around the FIFA World Cup but on one condition - it will come at a steep price.
Qatar has recently introduced a new sin tax, which has driven the price of alcoholic beverages through the roof.
In Qatar, the number of locations that are licensed to sell alcohol is limited to select hotels and restaurants.

In Qatar, being intoxicated is a crime, with up to six months in jail and a fine of 3,000 riyals (R13,500) the punishment.
However, due to the biggest tournament in the world being held in the Middle East, it's believed that officials have been instructed to be more permissive towards visitors during the tournament.
According to Football London, supporters who are traveling to the Middle East for the international showpiece have been told they may have to pay up to £80 for a beer. That is equivalent to R1,600!
A far cry from the R40 down your local pub.
