Did this mom see a ghost on her baby monitor?

This video is actually very creepy.
Australian mom, Jade Yates put her baby, Ruby, down to sleep when she noticed some unusual activity on the baby monitor.
The closer she looked, she noticed what appear to be two white figures.
They move from left to right and at one stage seem to move through the bars of the cot and lean in so they are right on top of Ruby.
What to do make of it, could there be a logical explanation?
