#DarrensSummerDetox: Darren nails the Curry Miller recipe!
Updated | By Darren Maule
You can add some heat in your Curry Miller if you want it to be hot.
We have reached Day 9 of Darren’s Summer Detox and if you were one of the unlucky ones who did not get tickets for this year’s Summer Body Bootcamp with Clicks on Saturday, you might as well get on board with this Summer Detox Challenge.
This week we are going meat-free. On Monday, we had the Denny Lovato Mushroom Stroganoff and today Keri Miller will share the Curry Miller.

You'll need:
One Red onion
2 tins Chickpeas
Bag Korma paste,
Tin Coconut cream
Double cream yogurt
Handful cashews, Coriander.
Instructions:
Heat up the oil and add the chopped onion and the Korma paste - brown it. Chuck in the chickpeas (drain them first), add the coconut cream and the yoghurt with a little bit of water. Bring your mixture to a simmer before you add a handful of cashews. Garnish with coriander and serve with Naan or Rice.
TIP: Cook your own food. You can still enjoy a burger at home, but rather do it yourself!
