Our very own East Coast Radio daddy, Darren Maule, is struggling to come to terms with the fact that perhaps 'mouse' is growing up.
In fact, he would prefer it if she could stay nine forever, because growing up means one thing - BOYS!
Currently, Darren and his daughter 'mouse' have an agreement that she's only allowed to have her first boyfriend when she turns thirty! But we know that this is a fun little lie that Darren will have to deal with sooner or later.
Over the weekend, something happened that shook Darren's world. 'Mouse' was talking to a little boy and naturally, the dad radar started getting all the signals and all the worst case scenarios started playing out in his mind.
KZN, Darren needs your help! What advice or parenting tips do you have that you can share with Darren to make him feel at ease about his little 'mouse' growing up into a lovely little lady?
