On Monday, Kaylee Budharm joined us after the show for a friendly game of chess. She is a seven-year-old learner from Hopeville Primary in Phoenix who came second in the African Youth Chess Championship in Namibia. She finished second out of 260 other learners in 2019. She also represented KZN in the South African Junior Chess Championship where she became the Junior African Blitz champion.
Darren took one for the team whilst the others supported him from the sidelines. Kaylee's amazing skills are really something to behold! The next time you want to take on a chess champion like Kaylee, think again...
