Updated | By Darren, Keri and Sky
Darren, Keri, and Sky set out for Athlone Primary on Friday to deliver lunch for the entire 4th grade with the Pro Secure team.
Every year we bring you Last Kid Standing here on East Coast Radio with Darren, Keri, and Sky.
This year we were so lucky to have SASKO as our sponsor.

This year the prizes were worth R100,000, and it included school fees being paid, family holidays, a Playstation 5, and, of course, lunch for the winner and their entire grade.
Kiranya Ponnan was the winner this year and the entire team flew to Athlone Primary in Pietermaritzburg to deliver her and her grade lunch.
It was an unbelievable occasion as the "Wolf Pack" truly gave Darren, Keri, and Sky an incredible welcome.
From singing and dancing to many screaming learners wanting to get autographs from their favourite radio personalities.

On arrival we had the most heartwarming welcome.
There were lots of cars from Pro Secure parked on the side with lights. The kids were all waving their pom-poms and the screaming just elevated it, making it so prestigious, so warm.
We had a couple of performances planned for us by the different grades.
Have a look at a few:
We caught up with Mrs Ponnan, as well as the Vice-Principal of Athlone Primary School, to hear about the excitement this has brought not only Kiranya, but to the entire school.
Listen to the podcast below on how the day went:
On our way home, it was so fulfilling knowing that we had completed giving our deserving spelling bee champion her prizes.
It was also such a beautiful experience to see the joy on everyone's faces - the students, the teachers, and Kiranya's parents.
They were really happy to be represented so well by the lovely Kiranya, the Last Kid Standing with SASKO spelling champion!
We would also like to thank Athlone Primary school for their warmth and hospitality during our visit at the school. Every little sign, every poster - we appreciate everything!
To Kiranya Ponnan, we hope you Google yourself one day and see the inspiration you had made during this time.
Well done for making your parents, school, and community extremely proud by daring to spell the word 'personification'!
It will all be remembered as a highlight of your time in this world!
