Dad receives a gift that will change his life forever
A dad received a pair of glasses for his birthday, but they are not ordinary glasses. These glasses give him the ability to see
colour.
The video starts off with the man’s children singing to him on his birthday, before handing him a gift bag. He starts to open it and hopes to guess what the gift is, but his family told him not to.
He continues to tear through the wrapping and takes out a box. Puzzled, he puts the wrapping down and starts to open the box. The box is small, yet it has a beautiful gift which will transform his life.

He opens it to discover a glasses case, with a pair of glasses. This family insist that he put them on, and he does. He rakes a moment to recognise his surroundings only to realise the glasses help him to see colour.
Tears of joy fill the dad’s eyes and he starts to sob uncontrollably. He is then embraced by his family.
The dad was born colourblind - 66 years ago. Now, thanks to his family, he can see the world in full colour.
