Updated | By East Coast Radio
A slithery surprise delivery indeed...
When you make an online shopping order, you rarely expect to find something you did not pay for in your delivery.
Especially not a snake...
However, a couple from Bengaluru, India, was surprised when they received their Amazon order. They ordered an Xbox controller from Amazon, and after two days, they received their package, but with a surprise.

The couple was adamant that the package did not spend any time outside their home.
Perhaps their reasoning is because when they opened the box, they found a cobra stuck to the sticky tape of the Amazon box.

Live Snake in my Amazon Order

Tanvi has since removed the video from X since Amazon replied to her and assisted her with her complaint.
She shared an update on Reddit, which reads: "We did receive a complete refund, but what do we get for risking our lives here with a highly venomous snake? This is clearly a safety breach caused solely by Amazon's negligence and poor transportation/warehousing hygiene and supervision. Where is the accountability for such a serious lapse in safety?"
